Lady Lesly M. Darcus is the seventh child born to the late Evangelist & Mrs. Henry C. Darcus, I.  She was raised by God fearing parents who loved the Lord and His people.

Lesly is a native of Staunton, Virginia.  At an early age she relocated with her family to Virginia Beach, Virginia.  She graduated from the Virginia Beach Public School System and furthered her education at Commonwealth College.  She has an Associates Degree in Accounting/Business Management and has been employed with a leading media company in Norfolk, Virginia for 13 years. Lesly is blessed to be the mother of one son, Rudy A. Weathers, II.

Missionary Darcus fully submitted to the Lord’s will for her life, in her early twenties.  As a faithful member of the Garden of Prayer Worship Center in Norfolk, Virginia, she served and was mentored by the late Bishop L. E. Willis, I.  She held the positions of Sunday School & Bible School Teacher, Public Church Announcer, Usher Board member and Youth Usher Board President.  She served as an Adjutant on the local and state level. 

Missionary Darcus is currently an active member of Perfecting Saints C.O.G.I.C. under the leadership of Elder Donald General, Jr. in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  She serves as the Executive Advisor and Sunday School Teacher.  In August, 2010 she received her Missionary’s license and was appointed District Missionary of the Solid Rock District, Fourth Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, Virginia C.O.G.I.C. - Bishop G. Wesley Hardy, Prelate. 

The thing to remember about Missionary Lesly Darcus is, “she loves the Lord and His people”.
